There is a great view of Elm Street from the brand new Precor treadmills, ellipticals, and recumbent bikes; if you look past your personal LCD TV screen with your favorite cable channel. Behind you is a complete line of Precor weight machines, to your right is a well-equipped free weight area and stretching floor, this is the atmosphere and equipment you need.
The cardio machines are not complicated, just press the big green QUICKSTART button in the middle of the panel and add speed and elevation with the big green arrows..
Yes, there are programs and more buttons for other entries, but you don't need to use those, just the big green button and the green arrows. We selected Precor equipment for their ease of use and overall quality because we like quality and simplicity
