OUR TRAINERS

Every trainer is familiar with and uses the wide variety of equipment and techniques available. Functional trainer, steel weights, selectorized machines, elastic tubing and bands, or just bodyweight; BOSU ball, stability ball, wobble board, xerdiscs, or single leg; treadmill, elliptical, bike, outdoor track, or street; core strength, hypertrophy, strength, endurance, weight loss or toning up; we all have our favorites but we all know how and when to use every piece of equipment and every technique. When we find something new and effective, we share. It’s important that we are all the best.
