Post Rehabilitation

When your Physical Therapy has ended and everything is not back to normal, STS trainers will help strengthen the muscles and increase the range of motion.

Lynn and Marsha specialize in rehabilitation and both have over 20 years of experience. Lynn is a Certified Athletic Trainer while Marsha is a Medical Exercise Specialist.

Goal Oriented Training for Fitness

Fitness means different things to different people, but here it means the ability to move against resistance.

We measure your ability to perform a series of exercises and then make you work 3 days a week until you can do it faster and better.

Circuit training, kickboxing, and aerobics are all part of this fitness training.

Goal Oriented Training for Weight Loss

A new addition to Elm Street Fitness. This is training by the month to reach a goal, in this case, a weight.

Training is 3 days per week in a small group and includes circuit training and aerobic exercises. We combine this with diet guidance utilizing published and accepted diets. Weekly measurements include weight, body fat percentage, and circumference at various points.

Pre and Post Natal

Several of our trainers have certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine to safely and effectively train the mother-to-be and the new mom. We have had great success over the years and many of our moms have stayed with us through multiple pregnacies and recoveries.

When it comes to moms, our trainer moms know what you want and what you need.

 

 

Our Trainers in your Home or Office

Our trainers come to you in the comfort and privacy of your own environment. There is a small travel fee but many clients feel it is well worth it.
